1. How do I register?

You can register by clicking on the "Register" link at top of the homepage. Please provide the information in the form that appears.

2. Are there any charges for registration?

No. Registration is absolutely free.

We will process your first order only after personal phone verification.

3. Do I have to necessarily register to shop at feather e mart?

No, you can place the order using Guest Checkout option without registration. We advise you to register and then checkout.

4. Can I have multiple registrations?

No need. Each email address, shipping address and contact phone number can only be associated with one account.

5. What are the modes of payment?

Currently feather e mart is using the Cash on delivery (COD) payment as default payment

6. What is the meaning of cash on delivery?

Cash on delivery means that you can pay for your order during the time of order delivery at your doorstep.

7. Are there any other charges or taxes in addition to the price shown? Is VAT & CST added to the invoice?

The VAT & CST are included in the MRP of products. There are no additional taxes added to your order.

8. When will I receive my order?

Once you are done selecting your products and click on checkout you will receive the order details by Email. For new customers, our customer care executive will inform you through telephone or email about the delivery of your order. Please check the delivery area @ menu bar.

9. How is the delivery?

We have a dedicated team of delivery personnel and a fleet of vehicles operating across our delivery area which ensures timely and accurate delivery to our customers.

Orders outside delivery area are not processed. Please check your area @Delivery Locations menu for further.

10. How do I change the Delivery Address?

You can change your delivery address on our website once you log into your account. Click on "My Account" at the bottom footer and go to the "Update My Profile" section to change your delivery address.

11. How much are the delivery charges?

Delivery is free for orders of Rs. 399 and above. Orders below Rs. 399 will be processed and charged Rs 30/-.

12. When will be delivered ordered items?

After order confirmation your items will be delivered between 2 to 3 hours.

Orders before 4pm will be delivered on same day.

Orders after 4pm will be delivered next working day.

Depending on the numbers of orders, delivery time may subject to change. Delivery time also depends on the delivery location & time of your order.

16. I found some products defective, what's your return/replacement policy?

In case you find any delivered product defective/damaged/not satisfied, you can report to the delivery person during delivery of your order. We will take back the returned product and will be less the amount in invoice and collect the balance amount. Please note that we will not accept the return of the products which are in opened condition, refrigerated items.
